Lovinyer was elected as a Labour Councillor for East Park in the by-election in April 2022…

“As a hard-working single parent, I have struggled in the past and I’ve had to pick myself up and come back fighting. The system was not always on my side, and I faced adversity. I know that this is exactly what plenty of others have had to go through since the Conservatives were elected and are still going through due to the cost-of-living crisis.

I have no hidden agenda except wanting others to succeed. I am passionate about services for the young and old but also about empowering everyone by being an advocate as their local councillor. I am honest and will always fight my hardest for those in the East Park Ward. This is my ward too and I care about what happens to it. As your elected representative, you will know that there is someone on your side, someone who will always speak up for you!
