Dear Elector,
I am married with three grown up children and have been a Local Government Social Worker for over 28 years. I live in Wightwick.
I have been involved in local politics and am fully aware of the positive changes that the previous Labour Government and the current Labour run Council has made to our City. I am not in favour of cutting frontline services, which are likely to adversely affect elderly, children and other vulnerable sections of our community. I have served the local community as a volunteer in a local advice centre and am fully aware of the local issues of the community. I am a strong Wolves supporter and enjoy playing cricket locally. I am proud of Wolverhampton and our local Labour Council. I am fully committed to ensuring that, working in partnership with our Labour MPs, the resident s of Wolverhampton City have a central role in the bright future of our great City. I would be proud to serve as a Labour Party Councillor for the people of Wolverhampton Wightwick, regardless of their race, gender, colour, political persuasion or religious or sexual persuasion.
