He concluded: \u201cHate cannot win. Love, respect and dignity towards our fellow man will always prevail.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Council Leader Roger Lawrence has also made the following comments:<br \/>\n<strong>I wish to express my solidarity with the people of Orlando and all communities which share the pain and grief this tragedy has engendered. Out of this suffering must come a stronger resolve not to be cowed or beaten by terrorism. Let us recognise our strength of universal humanity and the capacity to recognise and celebrate diversity amongst individuals and communities.
