Stephen is the Leader of the Wolverhampton Labour Group \/ City of Wolverhampton Council and Cabinet member for City Economy. <\/p>\n
As a long serving councillor for Bilston South (previously Bilston East), he is committed to advancing the needs and interests of residents on a wide range of issues from community policing, housing and local schooling priorities. He is involved in a number of community projects and initiatives including Bilston BID, Bilston in Bloom, Bilston Senior Citizens Federation (Chair), Bilston Remembered (Chair), Bradley Canal Restoration Society. <\/p>\n
At a regional and national level Stephen represents the council on a number of bodies including West Midlands Combined Authority Board, West Midlands Shareholders <\/span>Airport Committee, <\/span>Local Government Association, <\/span>West Midlands Regional Migration Partnership <\/span>Board. <\/span><\/p>\n
