Linda is a well-known local business woman, employing and offering training opportunities to people in and around the ward.
She regularly meets local residents at St Chads with the police and a local vicar. She also holds regular surgeries at Stowlawn and Portobello and attends local PACT and other community meetings.
Linda says “I am committed to making Bilston a proud and safe area in which to live and am working hard with local people, the Council and other partners to tackle issues related to anti-social behaviour. The reason I first wanted to become a Councillor is to make a difference to people’s lives and this is still my focus.”
Linda is the Chair of the Labour Group and the Chair of the Bilston North Ward Labour Group. Linda also sits on Willows Management group, Stowlawn.
