Stephen is the Cabinet member for City Economy and a Governor for South Wolverhampton and Bilston Academy. He is also the Chair of the Local Neighbourhood Partnership and the Crime Reduction Group.
Stephen says “I am committed to advancing the needs and interests of the citizens of Bilston and Bradley on a wide range of issues from community policing, housing lettings and maintenance and local schooling priorities.”
