Bhupinder Gahkal

Bhupinder Gakhal, first elected in 2011, is the Cabinet Member for Resident Services and one of 3 Labour councillors for the Blakenhall ward.  

He lives locally with his wife and three children and works as a caseworker for an MP in Dudley.
