“I have been very happy to represent the people of St Peter’s ward since 2015, and I look forward to a further four year term. On behalf of the Labour Party, I urge you to register and cast your vote on May 2nd. Your team of three councillors work hard to clean up the streets and make them safer. St Peter’s residents deserve pride in their community. I retired last year af ter a long career in the Probation Service allowing me more time for ward work, to meet with you and to pursue your issues.
Since 2018, as the Cabinet member for Education and Skills, I have been able to demonstrate my commitment to ensure our young people have the best chance to excel at school and beyond. My political priorities are: properly funded public services, affordable housing, lifelong learning and employment. I look forward to meeting you during the campaign.”
