I am proud to have been selected as the Labour Party Candidate for Springvale. I am Scottish born and have lived in Wolverhampton for 22years. I have two grown up children who I have brought up single handedly.
I have worked in the NHS for over 30 years, and currently working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in mental health. When Labour were in government they built up the NHS but now services are struggling due to the Tory cutbacks.
Within Springvale residents have expressed to me their concern about fly tipping, litter and lack of youth activities. If elected I will seek to address these and other local issues.
Working in partnership is key to improving services and I will work with the police and local business people to reduce crime and ensure we all feel safe.
• To hold regular monthly surgeries across the ward;
• To be a strong voice for local people;
• To keep you up to date with key local issues;
• To work with local ward colleagues to represent the people of Springvale.
