Dear Elector,
I’m honoured to have been selected as your Labour candidate. As a local Ettingshall resident, I will be able to understand the issues that are affecting local people. I have previously worked for a homeless charity supporting young people to improve their chances in life. There is nothing more important than children getting the best start in life and I will commit to working hard for Ettingshall to ensure children here get that too.
If elected, I pledge to:
• Continue to work on community initiatives to reduce crime in Ettingshall.
• Stand up against anti-social behaviour and fly tipping.
• Work to bring further investment in to Ettingshall and Wolverhampton.
I have spent time already campaigning and volunteering in the ward on issues which are affecting the community. I have put crime and policing at the forefront of my campaigning and having been a victim of crime myself in Ettingshall I have been determined to make a difference in the area, most recently setting up a Neighbourhood Watch.
