ARE YOU REGISTERED TO VOTE? Having your say in Wolverhampton has never been more important.

************************************************************************************************************************
Nationally the Con-Dem alliance are rushing through new legislation under the Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill which will mean new boundary changes for parliamentary wards.

The changes are based on the numbers of people registered to vote. You not only need to register to vote when you move to the area or turn 18, to stay on the electoral register you must re-register to vote every year. The Council is now in the process of writing to every house-hold in Wolverhampton asking them to re-register.

Look out for your letter and either post back or ring the number on the letter if all the details are correct. If you don’t do this you will be removed from the electoral register. Don’t loose your right to have your say!
