Labour Councillor John Reynolds moved the following motion at Full Council on 17th March 2010:
"This Council calls on the Cabinet to carry out a full cost benefit analysis of the decision to close each of the Civic Amenities sites on two days each week."
This motion was seconded by Cllr Andrew Johnson.
This motion was supported by all Labour Councillors but how did the Conservative and Liberal Democrat Councillors vote? Did they vote to find out what the impact on local communities of closing the waste sites for 2 days a week would be?
