Vote to find out the 'real cost' of closing City Waste Sites

Labour Councillor John Reynolds moved the following motion at Full Council on 17th March 2010:

"This Council calls on the Cabinet to carry out a full cost benefit analysis of the decision to close each of the Civic Amenities sites on two days each week."

This motion was seconded by Cllr Andrew Johnson.
