Vote to reinstate funding for the African Caribbean Resource Centre

Labour Councillor Peter O'Neill moved the following motion at Full Council on 3rd February 2010:

"This Council demands that the Cabinet re-instate funding of £32,046 in 2010/11 for Wolverhampton African Caribbean Resource Centre in order that they may seek external funding to support their project proposals."

This motion was seconded by Cllr Elias Mattu.

This motion was supported by all Labour Councillors but how did the Conservative and Liberal Democrat Councillors vote? Did they vote to reinstate this funding and so give the Centre the time to find alternative sources of funding and continue their work?
